In carrying out its mission, YBUL is committed in working together with private sector, small and medium entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, community-based organizations and government agencies to promote innovative and sustainable approaches and solutions to address environmental and social challenges in Indonesia.

Partners of YBUL are:

GEF/SGP Indonesia - Since 1996 YBUL is trusted to host the global funding facility Global Environment Facility Small Grants Program (GEF/SGP). This program aims to support the achievement of goals set by Global Conventions to Sustainable Development, Convention on Biodiversity and Convention of Climate Change through local community activities in the field.


New Ventures Indonesia - New Ventures Indonesia is established in 2005 in collaboration with World Resources Institute (WRI) as a global program that has been implemented in several countries, including Brazil, China, Mexico and India, that identifies and assesses potential environmentally sustainable an socially responsible SMEs, seeks potential investors, connects supported sustainable SMEs with banks and financiers, assists in developing business plans and develops partnership with various institutions to support program implementation. NVI's aim is to promote sustainable growth in emerging markets by supporting and accelerating the transfer of capital to businesses that deliver social and environmental benefits at the base of the economic pyramid.

World Resources Institute - WRI is an environmental think tank that goes beyond research to find practical ways to protect the earth and improve people’s lives.

Kementerian Negara Lingkungan Hidup - The Ministry of Environments' aim for 2010-2014 in accordance with its vision and mission to "achieve the realization of Indonesia's development based on sustainable development with emphasis on green economics" is to restrain the decline rate of storing capacity, carrying capacity, and natural resource scarcity, as well as to overcome environmental disaster.

Institute for Global Environmental Strategies - The Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) is the environmental research institution for the Asia-Pacific region supported by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan. IGES focuses on issue related to climate policy, waste and resources, capacity development and education forest conservation supports developing regional capacity for CDM implementation, assists identifying, developing and implementing CDM project activity and offers regional workshops. IGES has been conducting CDM capacity building activities since 2003 in China, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines and Indonesia.

Winrock International - Winrock International is a non-profit organization located in the United States that works around the world to promote sustainable use and management of natural resources to support the basic needs of the growing world population and the world’s health. In collaboration with NGOs around the world, Winrock has a broad range of programs and services to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunities and sustain natural resources (Clean energy, Ecosystem Services, Forestry & Natural Resource Management). Winrocks activities include feasibility studies, project design, SME financing mechanisms, maintenance and training.

Permodalan Nasional Madani - Permodalan Nasional Madani is a governmental organization established in Jakarta that focuses on providing financial services including program credit and management services to MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) and co-operatives and conducting supporting activities.

MedcoEnergi / Antareja Resource -

Established in 1994, MedcoEnergi was the first Indonesian company operating in the oil and gas exploration and production business listed in JSE (Jakarta Stock Exchange) and transformed itself in an international operating company that focuses on oil and gas, power generation, and renewable (geothermal) energy.

Antareja International Services (AIS) is a privately-owned Indonesian company that provides integrated energy services.

Transénergie - Transénergie is a globally oriented French company specialized in renewable energy (grid-connected photovoltaic, off-grid photovoltaic, solar thermal energy, and wind energy), energy efficiency (decentralized rural electrification) and Demand Side Management. It has executed more than 1000 projects over 50 countries, including Indonesia. Its core expertise is technical, socio-economical, financial and institutional engineering.

PlaNet Finance - PlaNet Finance is a globally oriented non-profit organization located in France that aims to alleviate poverty through microfinance through 8 independent units specialized in technical assistance and advisory services to microfinance players and stakeholders involved in microfinance, microfinance rating agency, advisory services, structuring and managing microfinance funds, microfinance investments, micro insurance,direct investments in micro-entrepreneurial projects in deprived urban areas and microfinance training.

IMIDAP (Integrated Micro-Hydro Development and Application Program) - The IMIDAP project is in accordance with the Government of Indonesia's policy to encourage renewable energy.

European Union - Economic and political partnership between 27 democratic European countries.

IOM (International Organization for Migration) - IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, inter-governmental and non-governmental partners.

Chevron - Chevron is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies. Headquartered in San Ramon, California, USA. Chevron conducts business worldwide, and engaged in every aspect of the crude oil and natural gas industry, including exploration and production, manufacturing, marketing and transportation, chemicals manufacturing and sales, geothermal energy, and power generation. Chevron is also investing in renewables and advanced technologies. Chevron takes great pride in contributing to the communities where they live and work, and also care about the environment.

World Wildlife Fund - WWF's mission is to stop the degradation of our planet's natural environment, and build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature.

Yayasan KEHATI - The Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation is an independent, non-profit foundation working in the area of biodiversity conservation and biological resource management.

ESDM - Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources

TNGGP - Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park - Gunung Gede National Park Pangrango (TNGGP) has an important role in the history of conservation in Indonesia.
